What We Do
Our Story
Our owners grew up around cider mills up north around the kind of places that smell like warm donuts and fresh apple cider, and where families spend whole afternoons just enjoying each other. Those places always had great food and great drinks, but what they loved most was the way people showed up and enjoyed being together.
When they moved to Texas, they missed those moments, so they decided to bring it to Round Mountain.
That’s what this place is built on — fresh cider, warm donuts, live music, cold drinks, and a whole lot of heart. We wanted to create somewhere that feels like home, whether you’ve been coming out here since the beginning, or if it’s your first time visiting. The Hill Country is a special place, and we think it deserves somewhere special to gather among family and friends
